# Audit logs

> What is recorded, retention and export.

<Info>
  **Audit logs are an Enterprise capability**, visible only to administrators, from Settings → Audit
  Logs.
</Info>

Every entry answers the same four questions: who, what changed, when, and from where.

## What's recorded

| Area | Events logged |
| - | - |
| **Account** | Workspace settings changes — name, language, domain, support email |
| **People** | Someone added; their role or availability changed (yours vs. someone else's are tracked separately); sign-in and sign-out |
| **Teams** | Created, edited, deleted; members added or removed |
| **Inboxes** | Created, edited, deleted; members added or removed |
| **Automation rules** | Added, edited, deleted |
| **Macros** | Added, edited, deleted |
| **Webhooks** | Added, edited, deleted |
| **Conversations** | Deletion only — everyday replies, assignment and resolution aren't audit events |

Each row shows the actor (or **System** for something Tied did on its own), the action, the fields that changed and their new values, a timestamp, and the IP address the action came from.

<Note>
  Ordinary agent work — replying, assigning, resolving, applying a label — isn't in this log. It exists
  to answer "who changed the configuration," not to replay the inbox.
</Note>

## Retention

Tied doesn't publish a fixed retention window for audit entries today. They accumulate as part of your account's history for as long as the account exists; deleting the workspace (see [Workspace settings](/admin/workspace)) removes them along with everything else.

## Export

There's no CSV or file export from the audit log today — it's a paginated table in Settings, browsable but not downloadable. If you need the underlying records for a compliance or legal request, contact your account team.
