# List integration actions

`GET /api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/integrations/actions`

Administrator-only global registry listing. integration\_app\_id is required; unknown IDs return 200 with an empty actions array. policy\_status is declared; these fields do not certify enforcement. Tenant overlays are not applied here. Connected-app credentials are held by the integration provider and are not returned by any of these operations. ENG-5874 / ENG-5831 track consistent unknown-provider and field-level validation behavior; this documents current behavior.
