# Plans and what each reaches

> Four tiers. Your plan sets your tool scope, and your tool scope decides which resolution classes you can reach.

What separates the plans is not a list of features we hand you. It is the scope of what your agent is allowed to touch in your systems — and almost everything else follows from that one thing.

## The four tiers

| Plan | Price | Minimum seats | For |
| - | - | - | - |
| **Starter** | \$99 / seat / month | 2 | Small teams launching customer messaging |
| **Business** | \$199 / seat / month | 3 | CX teams running autonomous resolution |
| **Advanced** | \$299 / seat / month | 4 | Ops teams running CX with full governance |
| **Enterprise** | Custom | Annual contract | Regulated teams with full sovereignty and custom terms |

Annual billing is **20% off** the per-seat price on Starter, Business and Advanced. Enterprise is annual contract only.

<Note>
  **Per-resolution rates do not change with billing cycle.** The orchestration fee is unaffected by
  whether you pay monthly or annually, and LLM cost is separate and passed through at provider rate in
  every case.
</Note>

## Included monthly credits

| | Starter | Business | Advanced | Enterprise |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| Included credits per seat / month | 100 (\~\$10) | 300 (\~\$30) | 600 (\~\$60) | Custom |

Included credits are **pooled org-wide** — they scale with your seat count rather than being assigned per user — reset monthly, and apply to AI usage. Additional usage draws from purchased credits. See [Credits](/pricing/credits).

## Tool scope decides what you can reach

**Tools gate capability; class only prices the outcome.** The one enforceable gate is your per-tenant tool and integration scope, applied at the point of action: if a system is not connected, or is connected read-only, the agent cannot act there and the attempt never happens.

| Plan | Tool scopes | Reachable classes |
| - | - | - |
| **Starter** | No integrations. Knowledge-base retrieval still works, because it is not a system touch. | `knowledge` |
| **Business** | Read-only scopes. The agent can look into your connected systems to answer, but changes nothing. | `knowledge` · `read` |
| **Advanced** | Write scopes, with narration and rollback. | `knowledge` · `read` · `write_simple` · `write_financial` · `orchestrated` |
| **Enterprise** | Write scopes plus a contract. Per-class rates are negotiated and never published. The discriminators are a starting point: if *moves money* or *regulated data* means something specific in your industry, that definition is written into the contract and then evaluated against the audit trail the same mechanical way. | All of the above · `long_horizon_case` |

<Info>
  **Where the line falls.** Business *reads* from your connected systems. Advanced adds the ability to
  *act* in them. Any capability that changes something in an outside system — issuing a refund, changing
  an account, filing a ticket, narrating and rolling back a live action — starts at Advanced.

<Warning>
  **Compliance status, stated plainly.** SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap and **not yet held**. A HIPAA
  BAA is coming soon and **cannot be executed today**, which is why the `compliance_gated` resolution
  class is not sold or priced on any plan. ISO 27001 and PCI Level 1 are on the Enterprise roadmap.
  Cloud identity data is processed in the US under a GDPR-compliant DPA incorporating EU Standard
  Contractual Clauses.
