GET /api/v1/accounts/{account_id}/integrations/actions Administrator-only global registry listing. integration_app_id is required; unknown IDs return 200 with an empty actions array. policy_status is declared; these fields do not certify enforcement. Tenant overlays are not applied here. Connected-app credentials are held by the integration provider and are not returned by any of these operations.
