Restore an agent configuration version

Restore a version by its public UUID. This is a live configuration change. Supply a unique request_id UUID in the JSON body for each command. Replaying the same request returns the current route; it does not return a stored response. The command writes one audit activity with the signed-in administrator as actor and runs outside an enclosing controller transaction. This operation does not use Idempotency-Key.
