Get a contact consent report
Returns the current read-only consent report for one contact. Requires an authenticated account administrator; the account and contact are resolved within the authenticated account. Ordinary account reads follow the inherited login-block decision, including its open-suspension value and account-status fallback. Authorized own-account read-only staff impersonation may read a suspended account; membership, administrator authorization, and contact scoping still apply. No query parameters change the report. This report does not write consent state and is not proof that sends are enforced against it.
