Agent report (CSV)
One row per agent: conversations assigned, mean first response, resolution and reply times, and resolutions. Served as a CSV download, not JSON — the response carries a Content-Disposition: attachment header. A time metric with nothing to measure comes back as the literal string N/A.
since and until are Unix epoch seconds sent as strings, and both are required — omitting either returns a 500 rather than a validation error, because the report template parses them unconditionally.
