What separates the plans is not a list of features we hand you. It is the scope of what your agent is allowed to touch in your systems — and almost everything else follows from that one thing.

The four tiers

Annual billing is 20% off the per-seat price on Starter, Business and Advanced. Enterprise is annual contract only.
Per-resolution rates do not change with billing cycle. The orchestration fee is unaffected by whether you pay monthly or annually, and LLM cost is separate and passed through at provider rate in every case.

Included monthly credits

Included credits are pooled org-wide — they scale with your seat count rather than being assigned per user — reset monthly, and apply to AI usage. Additional usage draws from purchased credits. See Credits.

Tool scope decides what you can reach

Tools gate capability; class only prices the outcome. The one enforceable gate is your per-tenant tool and integration scope, applied at the point of action: if a system is not connected, or is connected read-only, the agent cannot act there and the attempt never happens.
Where the line falls. Business reads from your connected systems. Advanced adds the ability to act in them. Any capability that changes something in an outside system — issuing a refund, changing an account, filing a ticket, narrating and rolling back a live action — starts at Advanced.

Channels by plan

Channel passthrough fees are billed separately from resolutions. See Channel fees.

Identity, deployment and support

Compliance status, stated plainly. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap and not yet held. A HIPAA BAA is coming soon and cannot be executed today, which is why the compliance_gated resolution class is not sold or priced on any plan. ISO 27001 and PCI Level 1 are on the Enterprise roadmap. Cloud identity data is processed in the US under a GDPR-compliant DPA incorporating EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
