Audit logs are an Enterprise capability, visible only to administrators, from Settings → Audit Logs.
Every entry answers the same four questions: who, what changed, when, and from where.

What’s recorded

Each row shows the actor (or System for something Tied did on its own), the action, the fields that changed and their new values, a timestamp, and the IP address the action came from.
Ordinary agent work — replying, assigning, resolving, applying a label — isn’t in this log. It exists to answer “who changed the configuration,” not to replay the inbox.

Retention

Tied doesn’t publish a fixed retention window for audit entries today. They accumulate as part of your account’s history for as long as the account exists; deleting the workspace (see Workspace settings) removes them along with everything else.

Export

There’s no CSV or file export from the audit log today — it’s a paginated table in Settings, browsable but not downloadable. If you need the underlying records for a compliance or legal request, contact your account team.
